Terms of Use

Terms of Use:

  • Patients are responsible for verifying whether homeopathic medicines are allowed by the customs department in their respective countries.
  • Patients/parents may inquire about prescribed medications, but no explanations will be provided for the prescriptions.
  • Patients/parents must request follow-up appointments, as accurately tracking the commencement or completion of a given course of medicines is not feasible for us.
  • We appreciate if logged-in patients primarily contact us via booking form/email for appointments or any assistance, as email communication allows us to maintain treatment records systematically.
  • Patients/parents must call at the scheduled appointment time.
  • If medicines are not received on time, we will resend them after verifying the cause of delay.
  • Pakistani nationals residing outside Pakistan or tax payers in other countries will be treated as international patients, and international treatment charges will apply. Proof may be requested if there is any doubt.
  • Refunds will only be approved with proof of payment attached to the refund request.
  • Online treatment has limitations, and we depend on information provided by patients/parents. Although we attempt to overcome limitations through intensive case analysis, detailed information about the disease, disease history, and current medications is expected from patients.
  • In emergencies, as online treatment lacks physical examination, patients should proactively seek treatment at a local hospital. Our clinic (attending physician) will not be responsible for eventualities or consequences resulting from such emergencies.
  • Homeopathic medicines, when taken under guidance, are highly diluted and do not cause side effects.
  • The refund policy and terms of use are subject to change without prior notice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

We consistently aim to provide our patients with highly professional services. However, should a patient wish to seek a refund for the treatment or medicines under any circumstance, our Refund Policy outlined below can be availed:

  1. The refund policy is applicable to our online patients worldwide.
  2. An 80% refund of the total amount deposited is possible if the refund request is initiated within 24 hours of making the payment. This is contingent on the patient not having availed telephonic consultation with any physician from our clinic.
  3. A 50% refund of the deposited amount will be processed if the refund request is made before 24hours of the appointment time.
  4. To initiate a refund, the patient must email us, providing the cause for the request, along with an attached proof of payment.
  5. No refund will be approved if the patient experiences improvement before completing the treatment plan.
  6. No refund will be processed if the patient does not respond with the filled-up rating form/case form within 15 days of the form being emailed to them.
  7. For national medicine deliveries, we utilize reliable courier services to ensure prompt delivery. Hence, no refund is possible for delays caused by courier/postal issues, as we are entirely dependent on their services and lack control over them.
  8. Delivery of medicines outside Pakistan is influenced by climatic conditions, festivals, unpredictable political circumstances, and custom regulations. Therefore, no refund will be granted for delayed deliveries. However, in cases of late dispatch, we ensure to resend the medicines using the best possible means.
  9. Refunds will only be issued by cheque, within 45 days of clinic approval.
  10. Amounts paid are non-refundable for walk-in patients.
  11. Refunds are only applicable to individuals making their first-time payment. Recurring payments are not eligible for a refund.
